Use of the peso63 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online wagering activities. Providing false or misleading information during registration — including misrepresenting your age — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held at that time. If we become aware that a minor has registered an account, we will take immediate action to close that account, void any associated wagers, and return any remaining deposited funds to the source payment method where possible. Responsibility for ensuring that minors do not access this platform rests with the account holder and, where applicable, with the supervising adult.

As a registered user of peso63, you agree to use the platform exclusively for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the Philippines. You must not use your account to facilitate, launder, or conceal the proceeds of any illegal activity, and you confirm that all funds deposited into your account originate from legitimate personal sources. You agree not to engage in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, collusion with other players, exploitation of system errors or technical vulnerabilities, or any form of bonus abuse. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is consistent with the responsible gaming principles outlined in our Responsible Gaming policy, and you agree to seek assistance if gaming begins to negatively affect your financial situation or personal well-being. Users must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in ways that would give an unfair advantage or interfere with the normal operation of games or betting markets. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any content or technology belonging to peso63 is expressly prohibited. Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, and recovery of any funds obtained through prohibited means.

peso63 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion if there is reasonable cause to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred or is occurring. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: provision of false registration information, suspected underage access, fraudulent deposit or withdrawal activity, bonus abuse, collusion, use of prohibited software, money laundering, or conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, peso63 will endeavour to communicate the reason for the suspension to the affected user and to complete any investigation within a reasonable timeframe. If a closure is confirmed, any balance in the account that is determined to be legitimately the user's own funds — following the deduction of any bonuses or funds obtained through prohibited activity — will be returned to the user via the original payment method. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason, including responsible gaming self-exclusion, may do so by contacting customer support, and peso63 will process such requests promptly. Self-excluded users must not attempt to re-register on the platform during any applicable exclusion period; any account opened in violation of a self-exclusion may be closed without refund of bonus funds.

The peso63 platform may reference or integrate third-party services — such as payment processors, game content providers, and data feed suppliers — that are operated independently of peso63. Where such integrations exist, the third party's own terms, privacy policies, and service conditions will govern your interaction with that third party's systems. peso63 does not endorse, warrant, or accept responsibility for the content, accuracy, security, or reliability of any third-party service or external website that may be referenced in connection with the platform. Any transaction you conduct directly with a third-party payment provider is subject to that provider's terms; peso63 shall not be liable for service outages, delays, or errors attributable to third-party payment infrastructure. If you believe that a third-party integration has caused you harm or financial loss, you should contact peso63 support so that the matter can be investigated; however, peso63's liability for third-party failures is limited as described in the Limitation of Liability section above.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the peso63 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. In the event of a dispute between you and peso63 arising from the use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with peso63 customer support, providing full details of the nature of the dispute and any supporting documentation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it shall be referred to the competent courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines in accordance with applicable law. peso63 is committed to addressing user complaints fairly and transparently, and all formal complaints will be acknowledged and investigated in a timely manner. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of a dispute.
